Go for the Goal

This year I don't know that I have made any "real" resolutions. I always seem to come up with the same ones every year and so now I have decided that I need to just start fresh and start to make changes in my life that are going to be life long changes. Yes I could make a goal of losing 10 lbs, but then if I lose it and don't continue to keep it off, wasn't it just a waste??? Well to help me with my new "changes" I have scrapped a LO that is a great reminder to me that I am the one in charge. SuzyQ Scraps and Bethany put together a great word art kit called Go for the Goal.
